Pertamina, PLN seal W. Java gas supply deal

State oil and gas company PT Pertamina through its subsidiary PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ has signed deal to sell additional 20 BBTUD of gas to Muara Karang power plant in Jakarta, owned by state electricity firm PLN.
Under the deal, Pertamina will supply gas from ONWJ block offshore West Java until December 31, 2010.
Prior to the additional deal, ONWJ is contracted to supply 100BBTUD of gas to Muara Karang from 2003 to 2016.
Nasri Sebayang, a PLN senior official said PLN would pay US$5.1 per MMBTU for ONWJ?s additional gas. (godang)
