Pertamina proposes new CBM working area in E. Kalimantan

State-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina has proposed to the government for the company to manage a new coal bed methane (CBM) working area in Sanga-Sanga, East Kalimantan, said Dedi Yusmen, CBM & Unconventional Hydrocarbon Manager at the company said Friday.
The proposed new CBM working area is part of Pertamina?s existing oil and gas working area. It is also located near VICO?s working area in Sanga-Sanga. To develop the proposed new CBM working area, Pertamina will later on signed an MoU with VICO.
