Pertamina reports oil show at Java exploration well

PT. Pertamina EP, an upstream arm of state oil and gas company Pertamina said its exploration drilling program in its Cepu area, which is located in the border of East and central Java had indicated hydrocarbon show.
President Tri Siwindono told reporters that the Caluk-1 well, which was drilled to the depth of 1,600 meters has indicated the presence of oil zone.
He said production test on the well would be conducted in the next two weeks. (godang)
