Pertamina restarts Kasim refinery ops

State oil company Pertamina had started operation of its 10,000-BPD Kasim refinery in Sorong, West Papua after it was gutted by fire in May, 2006.

 

Pertamina's processing director Suroso Atmomartoyo said on Friday that Kasim refinery had started in the middle of this month and it operation with full capacity of 10,000 BPD.

 

Pertamina operates refineries throughout Indonesia with capacity of 1.05 million barrels per day. (godang)
