Pertamina?s board reshuffled

Minister of State Enterprises Dahlan Iskan has appointed five new directors for state oil and gas firm PT Pertamina in a major reshuffle announced on Wednesday.

Chrisma Damayanto, formerly Deputy Director of Processing for Refinery Operations, has been appointed as new Director of Processing replacing Edi Setianto, Pertamina?s Vice President for Communication Mochamad Harun said in a statement.

Hanung Budya Yuktyanta, formerly President Director of PT Badak NGL, has been named Director of Marketing and Commerce, replacing Djaelani Sutomo, Harun added.

Evita Maryanti Tagor, formerly President Director of PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia, now serves as Director of Human Resources, replacing Rukmi Hadi Hartini.

Luhur Budi Djatmiko, formerly Head of Internal Supervision Unit, has been promoted to be Director of General Affairs, replacing Waluyo.

Hari Karyuliarto, formerly Corporate Secretary, has been promoted to become Director of Gas. The previous board of the state firm did not have such a position. The appointment of Hari indicates Pertamina has or will create a new directorate within its organization, tasked especially to handle gas affairs.

Four other board members of the state firm retain their respective positions, Harun said. They are Karen Agustiawan as President Director, M. Afdal Bahaudin as Director of Investment Development and Risk Management, M. Husen as Director of Upstream and Andri T. Hidayat as Financial Director.
