Pertamina's directors may be replaced

The government may replace several key executives of state oil and gas firm PT Pertamina during the company's annual shareholders meeting scheduled for January 30.
State Minister for State Enterprises Sofyan Djalil said in Jakarta on Friday the replacement of Pertamina's executives would be the one of agenda in the company's annual shareholders meeting.
Sofyan refused to name the executives that would be replaced but sources said that they would include Director for Upstream Operation Sukusen Soemarinda and Director for Human Resources Development Sumarsono
"The change in the management is needed for the improvement of the company," he added. (*)
