Pertamina's gas pipeline in Muaraenim leaks

State oil and gas company Pertamina's gas pipeline in the West Limau village in Muaraenim, South Sumatera suffers a major leak after a truck crashed into the pipeline on Thursday, Sriwijaya Pos reported on Saturday.
No fires or injuries were reported. But the daily said that the gas is continuing to spurt from the leaked pipe. The truck driver said that the crash occurred when he was about to park his truck in the roadside. "I did not see it. The pipe is hidden under the bush," the driver said.
Pertamina is estimated to suffer loss of Rp 160 million due to the leakage. (*)
