Pertamina?s production from Sangasanga field exceeds target

Oil production of Pertamina?s business unit EP Sangasanga Tarakan in East Kalimantan has increased to 6,309 barrels per day following the commencement of production activities at a new NKL 1013 oil well.
Satoto Agustono, the general manager of the Sangasanga Tarakan business unit said that the oil production at the company?s oil fields exceeded the unit?s production target of 5,245 barrels per day.
He said that the NKL 1013 oil well begin its trial production on Nov.r 10 with output of 616 barrels per day. ?The new well further raise production at Sangasanga and Tarakan oil fields,? he added.
EP Sangasanga Tarakan is a business unit of Pertamina which is responsible for the operation of Sangasanga and Tarakan working areas, which were previously operated by Pertamina-Medco under technical assistance contract. (godang)
