Indonesia's state oil company Pertamina on Thursday denied oil market speculation it was in talks with Shell Singapore over a crude processing deal (CPD), according to Reuters.
"We have no plan for a CPD with Shell at the moment. But we will maintain good relations with them," Pertamina's downstream director, Muchsin Bahar said.
"Our oil products stock are at good level of 25 days. We will talk about a CPD if our stocks hit an emergency level."
Pertamina and Shell Singapore, a unit of Royal Dutch/Shell Group, had a six-month crude processing deal that ended in March last year. (*)
