Pertamina second top abusers of state funds

The state-owned oil and gas firm Pertamina has been listed as the second top abusers of state funds according to a report disclosed by the State Development Finance Comptroller (BPKP) on Tuesday.
In a hearing session with the parliamentary budget committee, BPKP chairman Arie Soelendro said that between the period of 2000 budget year and in the first half of this year, some Rp 10.3 trillion (US$1=Rp 9,400) in state funds had been abused.
The top three state fund abusers were Bulog (the state logistics agency) with Rp 4.43 trillion in abused fund, Pertamina Rp 3 trillion, and the Finance Ministry Rp 1.26 trillion.
