Pertamina secures $700m loan

State oil and gas company PT Pertamina on Friday announced to have secured loan of US$400 million and Rp.3 trillion (US$300 million) from 18 lenders.
President Director Karen Agustiawan said the loan would be used to partly finance Pertamina?s 2009 capital expenditure which is estimated to be at $2.2 billion.
The loan will mature in three years.
Citi Bank is lead arranger for USD loan while Bank Mandiri acts as arranger for Rupiah loan. (kanti)
