Pertamina sells catering unit

State oil and gas company PT Pertamina (Persero) on Thursday sold its entire shares at its catering services subsidiary PT Patra Supplies and Services to PT Prima Persada Energi Indonesia.

The company did not give detail about the price.

The divestment is part of Pertamina?s move to divest its non-core business, the company said in a release. (bernard/kanti)
