Pertamina sends 135.8 cargoes of LNG from Bontang

State owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) has delivered a total of 135.8 std cargoes of LNG produced from the Bontang LNG plant in East Kalimantan as of September 2015, according to an official of the firm.

Meanwhile, LPG delivery from the plant during the period totaled seven cargoes of 223,645.9 metric tons.

?Bontang has planned to produce a total of 175 std cargoes of LNG and eight cargoes of LPG for this year. Realization of delivery as of September this year is 135.8 std cargoes for LNG and seven cargoes for LPG,? Didik Sasongko Widi, VP for LNG Marketing at Pertamina?s New and Renewable Energy Directorate, said.

He noted there isn?t any increase in demand from traditional buyers in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
