Pertamina sets LNG delivery schedule for Q1 2012

State oil and gas company PT Pertamina, which acts as the seller of Indonesian liquefied natural gas (LNG), has set LNG delivery for foreign buyers namely, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, in the first quarter of 2012.
Most of the LNG cargoes will be shipped from Bontang refinery in East Kalimantan and small portion will be taken from Arun LNG refinery, a Pertamina official said.
?36 Mixed cargoes will be shipped from Bontang to Japan buyers, 15 cargoes to South Korean buyers and 9 cargoes to Taiwan buyers,? Djohardi Angga Kusumah, Senior Manager for Gas Marketing of PT Pertamina, told Petromindo.com.
The LNG cargoes are sent beginning this month, he said.
He noted 1 mixed cargo will be shipped from Bontang refinery to Nusantara Regas? floating storage regasification unit (FSRU) and two mixed cargoes from Bontang to PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (PIM).
Pertamina plans to ship 233 of LNG cargoes to overseas in 2012, lower than 246 cargoes in 2011.
