Pertamina, Shell lowest bidders for PLN fuel supply tender

State oil and gas company PT Pertamina (Persero) and Indonesian unit of Royal Dutch/Shell are the lowest bidder for recent fuel oil supply tender held by state electricity firm PT PLN (Persero) for its power plants in Java and Sumatra, Detik.com reported on Thursday.
According to the report, Pertamina is lowest bidder for Muara Tawar and Grati power plants while Shell is the lowest bidder for Tambak Lorok, Belawan and Muara Karang.
PLN?s Director Nur Pamudji said the Company is currently conducting due diligence and the winners would be announced next week, or two weeks later than originally scheduled.
PLN opened tender to supply 1.25 million kiloliters of HSD per annum for 5 years. (*)
