Pertamina shuts down Dumai refinery

State oil and gas company PT Pertamina said it has started scheduled shut-down of Dumai refinery in Central Sumatra.

Pertamina spokesperson Basuki Trikora Putra told reporters that the shut-down will last for one month. The refinery, however, will still operating with half of normal capacity of 127,000 BPD, he said.

He did not give further detail.

The refinery mostly produces diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel.(godang)
