Pertamina signs fuel agreement with state mining firms

State-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina signed on Thursday agreement on fuel oil reference price with state-controlled mining firms including aluminum producer PT Inalum, coal firm PT Bukit Asam Tbk, mining firm PT Aneka Tambang Tbk, and tin miner PT Timah Tbk.

Pertamina President Director Nicke Widyawati said in a statement that under the five-year agreement, Pertamina will supply fuel products including bio diesel and marine fuel oil 180 (MFO 180) at a volume of 25,000 kilo liters per month to the mining firms.

She said that the fuel supply volume will be later increased to 40,000 kilo liters per month.

Elsewhere, Pertamina also signed on Thursday MOU with state-owned airport operators PT Angkasa Pura I and PT Angkasa Pura II on the strengthening of existing cooperation between the companies including for optimization of Angkasa Pura assets such as for the development gasoline stations or exploring new business opportunities.
