Pertamina starts drilling CBM well in East Kalimantan

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), the subsidiary of state owned firm PT Pertamina, has started drilling at its Tanjung II CBM block in East Kalimantan.
The drilling activities started on Aug. 21, PHE?s Operation Director Eddy Purnomo said on Wednesday.
He said the firm was drilling one core hole and one exploration well, which is part of PHE?s commitment under the contract.
?The two drilling activities may take up to 3 weeks to complete if all goes well,? Eddy said.
