Pertamina, Talisman in Java EOR ops

Pertamina EP, an upstream unit of state oil and gas company Pertamina said on Monday it would conduct joint EOR operations with Canadian oil firm Talisman Energy on 2-3 of Pertamina?s aging fields in Java.
Pertamina EP CEO Tri Siwindono told reporters that the venture will start with feasibility study, which will be followed by pilot project.
He did not give exact location of the fields.
Pertamina and Talisman in June 2008 signed deal to cooperate in applying EOR in Pertamina?s aging fields. (bernard)
