Pertamina teams up with Sonatrach on upstream cooperation

Two state owned companies, Indonesia?s PT Pertamina and Algerian's Sonatrach, have signed an agreement on the cooperation in upstream oil and gas sector as well as in LNG and crude oil supply, marketing and trading.

Pertamina VP Corporate Communication M. Harun told petromindo.com that the agreement was in the form of an MoU, which was signed earlier on Wednesday in Kuala Lumpur.

Pertamina Vice President for Gas and Engineering Projects Daniel S. Purba confirmed the signing. ?Yes, it was an MoU, an umbrella for B-to-B cooperation between the two state firms.?
