Pertamina to build three SPBGs this year

This year, state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) said it will build three gas fueling stations (SPBGs) in Jakarta, according to an official of the firm.

"Thus, Pertamina will have a total of nine SPBGs and seven Mobile Refueling Unit (MRU) facilities," Assistant Manager CNG & Transportartion of Pertamina Ryrien Marisa said in Jakarta.

MRU is a gas fueling unit in the form of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) which can be moved from one location to another.

She added that last year Pertamina also built three SPBGs.

Aside from own SPBG projects, last year, Pertamina also received assignment from the government to build 18 SPBG units. Ryrien estimated, land requirement for the nine SPBG units are ready to be auctioned by the middle of this year.
