Pertamina to drill 27 development wells in Bunyu field

PT Pertamina EP Asset V Bunyu Field in North Kalimantan plans to drill 27 development wells this year as part of its 2017 work plan and budget (WP&B).

The company will deploy 250 HP rig owned by affiliate firm PT Pertamina Drilling Service Indonesia for the drilling program.

?Pertamina Asset V will implement the 2017 WP&B as planned including the drilling of 27 development wells, work over 52 wells, well intervention 25 wells, and well service covering 20 wells,? explained Nanang Abdul Manaf, President Director of PT Pertamina EP, the parent of Pertamina EP Asset V.

Nanang said that in the 2017 WP&B, oil production from the Bunyu field this year is targeted to reach 4.137 bopd and gas output of 8.8 mmscfd.
