Pertamina to invest $370m to build new terminals

State oil, gas company PT.Pertamina will spend US$370 million to enhance its distribution capacity by building two fuel transit terminals in Tuban, East Java and Bau Bau, South East Sulawesi, CEO Ari H. Soemarno said on Wednesday.

Ari said the Tuban terminal which will cost the company $300 million, will have capacity of 250,000 kiloliters of fuel, while Bau Bau terminal, which will be built with $70 million investment, will have capacity of 90,000 kls.

The facilities would be completed in 2010, he said.(godang/bernard)
