Pertamina to ramp up gas production from L Parigi

State oil and gas company Pertamina said it would ramp up gas production from its L Parigi gas field in West Java to meet increasing demand from customers.
Currently, the field is producing at 130MMCFD and after completion of re-staging process, production could be increased to up to 180MMCFD, Tri Siwindono, CEO of Pertamina EP told Petromindo.Com on Thursday. Pertamina EP is an upstream arm of Pertamina.
Subarkah Koestowo, Pertamina EP Operations Director said that the incremental gas might be sold to customers such as steel maker PT.Krakatau Steel and other industries in West Java. (godang)
