Pertamina to serve Shell?s customers in Jakarta airport

State oil and gas company PT.Pertamina said on Monday that starting October 1, 2007, it would be able to supply aviation fuel to Royal Dutch/ Shell customers in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport near Jakarta.

?Starting October, Pertamina and Shell will put their logos together in Soekarno-Hatta Airport,? Pertamina Deputy Director Marketing Hanung Budya told reporters.

Hanung said fuel for Shell?s customers would be provided by Pertamina and would adhere to Shell?s standard of quality.

Hanung said Pertamina is now in talks with Malaysian state oil, gas firm Petronas to embark on similar venture in Polonia airport in Medan, North Sumatra. (godang)
