State-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina in May will likely shut a 60,000-barrel-a-day crude distillation unit at its Balik Papan refinery for regular maintenance.
"The turnaround will take 10 to 20 days," Suroso Atmomartoyo, a Pertamina's processing director, told reporters Tuesday.
He didn't say if Pertamina will buy more petroleum products from the market because of the planned shutdown. (godang)
