Pertamina to submit bid to acquire Devon?s Indonesia assets Feb 22

State oil and gas company Pertamina will submit bid to acquire Indonesian assets of US oil, gas company Devon Energy on February 22, according to Pertamina?s upstream director Iin Arifin Takhyan.
Iin told Petromindo.Com on Wednesday that February 22 is the deadline set by Devon for interested parties to submit bids.
Several companies, including Singapore?s SPC are reportedly interested to acquire Devon?s assets in Indonesia.
Devon is putting all its assets in Indonesia and several other areas for sale in a bid to refocus its business. Devon?s Indonesia assets include oil and gas fields in Sumatra, Java and Papua. (godang)
