Pertamina to tender crude processing in October

The state-owned oil and gas company to open tender for crude processing deal (cpd) in October, company president Baihaki Hakim said on Tuesday.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a hearing session with the House of Representatives commission VIII on mining and energy, Baihaki said that two participants including BP and Shell have expressed interest to join the tender.
He said that via the tender process, Pertamina wanted to obtain the most fair price.
He declined to provide details.
The cpd contract will help Pertamina in securing domestic fuel demand.(*)
