Pertamina Tongkang to kick off road shows for bond issuance in October

PT Pertamina Tongkang, the shipping unit of state oil and gas firm Pertamina, will launch in October overseas road shows for the issuance of its bonds, a company official said Friday.
The company had planned to issue US dollar and rupiah-denominated bonds with combined value of around US$160 million.
The road shows would be held in Singapore and South Korea, Pertamina Tongkang?s deputy director for shipping affairs Ibrahim Hasyim said.
Proceeds of the bond issue will be used for purchasing oil tankers.
Pertamina Tokang owns 32 of the 130 crude and fuel carriers currently operated by Pertamina. (godang)
