Pertamina, Toyota Tsusho in bunker terminal, marine fuel supply deal

State oil and gas company PT Pertamina (Persero) said on Tuesday it has signed an MoU with Japan?s Toyota Tsusho Corp. to jointly undertake business of bunker terminal and fuel supply for vessels in Kalimantan.

Pertamina?s Director Djaelani Sutomo told Petromindo.Com that the MoU, which will be valid for one year, was signed on July 17, 2010.

Djaelani said both companies will jointly undertake feasibility study for the project and will also consider possibility of formation of JV company. (bernard)
