Pertamina Trans Kontinental adds 2 vessels

PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) is strengthening its fleet with 2 units of AHTS 5150 hp vessel.
The vessel will be built by PT BATAMEC Shipyard, based on an agreement inked last March, the company said in a statement on Monday. The project is estimated to take 17 to 20 months to complete.
PTK will use the vessels to fulfill its contractual commitment with Total E&P Indonesie, the statement added.
PTK booked Rp44.97 billion in net profits last year, about 7 percent increase from the year before. The company will continue to expand to meet this year?s net profit target of Rp97.4 billion.
