Pertamina Unit II obtains ISO 9001:2000

Pertamina Unit II, the marketing arm of state owned Pertamina in South Sumatra, has received three ISO 9001;2000 certificates from British Standard Institute for the company's success to adopt the international management system, Sumatra Ekspres reported Wednesday.
The ISO 9001;2000 certificates were awarded to Pertamina II's three business units including LPG Depot in Layang island, and DPPU SMS II and its marketing unit in the province.
The ISO 9001;2000 certificates were handed over to the general manager of each of the company's three units in a ceremony which was attended by senior officials within Pertamina's operations in South Sumatra. (*)
