Three subsidiaries of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina including PT Pertagas, PT Badak NGL, and PT Arun NGL have formed a consortium for the possibility of taking up LNG plant operation and maintenance (O&M) business opportunity in Angola, Africa.
?A joint team from Pertagas, Badak NGL and Arun NGL is now in Angola to assess the O&M of liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant business potential there. It?s still at the early stage,? Pertagas Corporate Secretary Eko told Petromindo.com Thursday.
Eko added there?s also a possibility of opening up an LNG polytechnic in Angola to train the country?s younger generation in the LNG sector.
