Petronas finalizes drilling in South Bukit Tua

Petronas Carigali Bhd said it had finalized the drilling of South Bukit Tua 1 exploration well located in Ketapang II gas block, offshore East Java.
"Latest data from drilling superintendent shows that it has finalized drilling of South Bukit Tua 1 up to 2065 meter. Now in preparations for 4 to six series of final analyzing tests. That could take for another 4 to six weeks,? Hadi Prasetyo, upstream authority BP MIGAS Regional Bureau Chief for Central Java, East Java, Papua, and Maluku, told Petromindo.com in Jakarta on Thursday..
The oil and gas block is situated offshore Sampang regency, East Java, about 50 kilometers north of Sampang, Madura.
