Petronas wants to enter LPG business

Malaysia's national oil and gas company Petronas is planning to enter the LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) market in Indonesia, the Bisnis Indonesia newspaper reported in its Thursday edition.
Director of maintenace and trade at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Erie Soedarmo said on Wednesday that Petronas had applied for a permit to enter the business, and is now waiting for approval from the ministry. (*)
