Petrosea pays dividend of Rp 70 per share

PT Petrosea Tbk, a publicly listed supplier of oil and gas related equipment, will pay a cash dividend of Rp 70 ($=Rp 8,600) per share for its 1999 book year, Astaga.com reported on Saturday.

The dividend would be paid to shareholders who have been registered at the shareholders list up to July 10 and the payment, which was approved at the company's annual shareholders meeting on Friday, would be made in rupiah beginning July 20.

The shareholders meeting also approved the change of the company's management and the allocation of the company's retained earnings.

The company booked a net profit of Rp 56.37 billion last year or Rp 553 per share. (*)
