Petrosea signs MoU with Pertamina unit

IDX-listed PT Petrosea Tbk, which is engaged in engineering, construction and mining services, said its unit Petrosea Offshore Supply Base (POSB) has signed an MoU with PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental for the operation of port, logistics, and shore base for the oil and gas, and other industries in the country.
Pertamina Trans Kontinental is a unit of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina.
Petrosea said in a statement Sunday that the services include berthing and quayside, warehouse, marine scheduling, OCTG storage and inspection, rigging, cargo carrying units, and transportation.
Petrosea said that the company aims to boost its logistics business through POSB, which is based in Tanjung Batu, East Kalimantan. PSOB has been providing international standard services to the oil and gas industry since 2005, it added.
