PGN allocates Rp 474.1 billion in dividend

State-owned gas transmission and distribution firm PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk announced Wednesday its annual general shareholders meeting had decided to allocate an annual cash dividend of Rp 474.1 billion (US$=Rp 9,400) or about 55 percent of the company?s 2005 net profit.
A company official said the cash dividend will be approximately Rp 104 per share and be payable on July 14, 2006. (godang)
