PGN commissioner tenders resignation

IDX-listed gas distribution firm PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) said that Commissioner Muhamad Zamkhani had on January 8 tendered his resignation.
PGN said in a statement that Zamkhani has been appointed into the board of directors of state owned insurance firm PT Asuransi Jiwasraya. It added that his resignation will be formalized at an upcoming shareholders meeting.
Zamkhani, an accountant graduated from UGM University and holds MBA in finance from US-based Rutgers University, first joined PGN in May 2012.
