PGN developing Muara Karang-Muara Bekasi gas network

IDX-listed state owned firm PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN) is developing a gas distribution network stretching from Muara Karang in North Jakata to Muara Bekasi in Bekasi regency.

?The network has a length of around 45 km. It will able to deliver 200 mmscfd of gas,? PGN?s Director Dilo Seno Widagdo said.

Aside from Muara Karang and Muara Bekasi, the gas pipelines will pass through Penjaringan, Koja, Kali Baru areas in Jakarta and Babelan in Bekasi, where it is expected to serve customers such as households, small businesses, hotels, restaurants, industries and power plants, Dilo said
