PGN Director of Commerce temporarily dismissed

Listed gas distributor company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) has just announced the temporary dismissal of Michael Baskoro Palwo Nugroho as Director of Commerce, starting from January 20, 2012.

PGN however did not disclose the reasons for the move. It only said the company?s Board of Commissioner?s decision to dismiss the director was in line with the company?s statutory regulation.

Nugroho?s tasks will be assumed by the board of directors of PGN.

PGN is now led by President Director Hendi Prio Santoso, Finance Director Riza Pahlevi Tabrani, Director of Technology and Development Jobi Triananda Hasjim, Director of Investment and Risk Management M. Wahid Sutopo and Director of Human Resources and General Affairs Eko Soesamto Tjiptadi.
