PGN expects to fix leakage Tuesday

State gas distributor PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) expects repair works to fix a leakage from South Sumatra-West Java (SSWJ) offshore transmission pipeline on the kilometer point (KP) 138-139 between Labuhan Maringgai and Muara Bekasi, around Damar island, West Java, could be finalized Tuesday.
?We hope to finish the repair works today, so that normal operation could resume tomorrow (Wednesday),? said Business Director Jobi Triananda Hasjim to Petromindo.com.
The gas leakage started Tuesday, May 21, 2013. The leak occurred on the 32 inch pipe about 23 meters below sea surface.
