PGN in gas supply extension talks with Dalle Energy

Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed gas firm PGN is negotiating 12MMCFD gas supply contract extension with Dalle Energy Batam.

PGN CEO Sutikno told reporters Friday that Dalle objected US$5.5-5.7 per MMBTU price range that PGN offered, arguing that PLN, which offtakes Dalle?s electricity production from its Panaran 2 power plant in Batam did not raise its buying price.

Gas supply contract to Dalle will end in January 2008, Sutikno said.(godang)
