PGN names new directors

State gas distributor PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) has named Wachid Sutopo the director of investment planning and risk management for 2011-2015 term.
It is a new post in the state company, SOE Minister said in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Sutopo is currently the corporate secretary.
The shareholders maintain Hendi Prio Santoso as the chief executive officer.
Other members of the board of directors are:
1. Finance director M. Riza Pahlevi
2. Director of investment planning and risk management Wachid Sutopo
3.Human resources and general affairs director Eko Soesamto Tjiptadi
4. Director of Engineering and Development Jobbie Tria Nanda [formerly executive coordinator of transmission and gas distribution project]. (godang)
