PGN: PQ invitation for LNG receiving terminal project

INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk, PGN, is implementing a LNG Receiving Terminal Project. The objective of the assignment is to engage a qualified and experienced consultant to conduct consultancy services for Feasibility Study of LNG
Receiving terminal in North Sumatra. The project will include the following components:
1. LNG Receiving Terminal (storage and re-gasification facility)
2. LNG Vessels
3. Any other auxiliary facilities where applicable including marine facility, jetty and breakwater.
The work involved in this assignment is scheduled to be completed within an estimated budget of IDR 6.525 billion (six billion, five hundred and twenty-five million Rupiah).
Consultant or applicants that indicate their Interest in providing the services must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). The foreign consultant who wishes to participate for this pre-qualification shall join domestic consultant. Applicants (the lead partner in the case of a JV/JO/consortium/associate) must submit JV/JC/consortium/associate agreement and certified successful experience (certificate of completion / client?s reference for completion of works) as the feasibility study consultant for LNG Receiving Terminal and LNG related business within the last 7 (seven) years.
Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below from 10:00am to 3:00pm from April 25, 2008 until May 9, 2008. Pre-qualification Proposal must be delivered to the address below by May 13, 2008.
