Downstream regulatory body BPH Migas said on Monday that state gas distribution firm PGN has proposed toll fee of US$1.53 per MMBTU to transport gas from Pagardewa in South Sumatra to Cilegon in Banten through its pipeline network known as SSWJ I.
Chairman Tubagus Haryono told reporters that BPH Migas will evaluate the proposal before making any decision about the troll fee.
Under the Indonesian downstream regulation, pipeline toll fee is decided by BPH Migas.
BPH Migas in October last year has decided on a toll fee of $1.47 per MMBTU for PGN?s parallel network that links Grissik in South Sumatra to Muara Bekasi near Jakarta, or popularly known as SSWJ II.
SSWJ I pipeline length is 375 kilometers while SSWJ II spans along 661 kilometers route.(godang)
