PGN reports temporary decline in SSWJ gas transmission volume

Monday, October 12 2009 - 07:05 PM WIB

IDX-listed gas transmission and distribution firm PGN reported on Monday that gas supply from its South Sumatra to West Java (SSWJ) will temporarily decline due to routine maintenance conducted by ConocoPhillips on Corridor Block PSC, onshore South Sumatra.

PGN said the decline started October 11 and would last until November 1, 2009.

?The decline is unrelated to recent earthquake that hit West Sumatra and Jambi,? the company said.

Corridor Block, operated by ConocoPhillips, is the main supplier for SSWJ pipeline.

PGN did not give detail about the volume of the decline. (alex)
