PGN?s Kalija I project completed

IDX-listed stated owned gas distributor PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) has completed the construction of the Kalija I gas pipeline in Central Java Province and is ready for trial operation on Aug. 16.
?Gas delivery however depends on when PLN will switch on its turbine,? PGN?s Commissioner Imam Sugema, referring to state owned electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara.
The Kalija I pipeline will deliver gas from the Kepodang field located offshore Central Java, operated by Malaysian firm Petronas Carigali, to the PLTGU Tambak Lorok combined cycle power plant in Semarang, the province?s capital, owned by PLN.
