PGN seeks loan from IDB

State gas distribution firm PGN said on Friday it was trying to obtain US$65 million loan from Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
CFO Djoko Pramono said the MoU for the loan will be signed next week during a mission by PGN?s officials to middle east.
The loan, said Djoko, will be used to finance PGN?s business expansion. He did not say when the loan was exepceted to be disbursed.
He further said PGN is trying to analyze Middle East investors? appetite on sharia bond financing. ?PGN is analyzing the possibility of issuing Islamic bond to finance future projects,? he said. (godang)
