PGN set to develop new gas pipeline in E. Java

State-controlled gas distribution firm PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) is set to develop a new gas pipeline facility in Tuban, East Java, to supply gas to the Tuban Industrial Zone as it is being expanded, Bisnis Indonesia reported Tuesday.

PGN and PT Kawasan Industri Gresik (KIG), which operates the Tuban industrial zone, on Monday signed an MoU for the supply of gas to the zone. ?We have agreed for the supply of gas to the industrial zone via a business to business mechanism,? said Wahyudi Anas, a general manager of PGN strategic business unit, following the MoU signing.
